Happy Halloween!

The kids had a great time celebrating Halloween this year!  Brody dressed up as Batman and Briana was her favorite Disney Princess, Rapunzel.  We were able to go to several trick or treats including the radio station and the zoo. Our weather has been in the upper 60's all the way up to the 80's for the past few months so we have been able to do a lot of fun activities outside.  Brody had a Halloween parade at school this year because they did not have school on Halloween due to conferences. Briana had a nice party at school that both Brody and I were able to attend.

Brody had his school conference a few weeks ago and got his first report card for 1st grade. Lots of A pluses and A's! He is doing very well with his school work and we are very proud of him. In other exciting news he also lost his 3rd tooth this past weekend! He has not lost a tooth since March so we were wondering when the next one was going to fall out!

Briana is doing awesome as well! She is growing and maturing all the time. She has turned a new leaf in preschool and is finally doing well with drop offs (no tears).  This has been a difficult thing for us over the past three years. I truly hope that the upcoming holiday breaks don't make it hard for her to transition back after the 1st of the year.  She has tons of friends at school and the teacher's and classmate's just adore her.
