Happy Halloween!!

Happy Halloween!!  We hope everyone had a safe and fun Halloween!!  We definitely had a fun time celebrating this year!  We attended a trick or treat at the radio station event for the first time this year and also attended trick or treat at the mall for the first time.  The kids went to Boo at the Zoo and attended a Halloween parade and party at Brody's school.  Briana had a class Halloween party that Brody attended with us this year because he was off school that day.  Brody had two days of school off at the end of October so we went to the waterpark in Dubuque for a night with Grandma and Jackson.  The kids have gotten so brave and enjoyed going down the big kid slides and floating in the lazy river.  Briana won a costume contest at the hotel for cutest costume from which she got 100 tokens for the arcade which she shared with her brother and cousin.

Brody had his first parent teacher conference at the end of last month.  He is doing awesome in school and we couldn't be prouder of him!!  He had an excellent report card and is adjusting well to school. He loves school so much and is making some really good friends!

Yesterday Brody had his first school performance as an elementary school student.  His school put on a amazing program and lunch for all our veterans.  I was able to attend and was amazed by how wonderful the program was!  Brody and his friends did an excellent job!  So proud!!

Briana had her first field trip as a preschooler to the pumpkin patch!  We unfortunately went on a rainy day but the kids still had a great time!  They were able to ride the hay rack, milk a goat, feed baby calfs and hold baby animals!  So fun!
