End of the school year celebrations!

The school year is almost over for Brody and Briana!  We have had a fun few weeks of end of the year celebrations!  I got to go on Briana's first field trip with her this past week. We went to the botanical center at Vanderveer Park. The kids got to learn about different kinds of plants and flowers. We also got to feed the ducks. Briana was so excited to feed the ducks because there were six little baby ducks!  We go to the park each week and this was the first time we got to see babies!  The kids were all very good and had a great time!

For fun night this year the preschool had their annual fun night at Monkey Joe's.  The kids had so much fun with all their friends!  They usually have fun night at the school but decided to try something different this year. All of the kids loved it!

Since Briana has a summer birthday and will not be in school during that time we brought treats this week so she could celebrate with her friends. She picked "My Little Pony" cupcakes for her birthday treat.  She is really going to miss all of her friends this summer and her teacher!  We have been very lucky that she was blessed with a very sweet and loving teacher this year!

The kids and I have made a few trips to the zoo already since it opened a few weeks ago,  When the weather is nice and we have some free time I like to take them there before the weather gets too hot. We love to feed the animals and see all the new exhibits.  There is a new baby giraffe and a few baby wolves that were born earlier this year.
