1 month old!

Briana is officially one month old, can you believe it!?! Time sure does fly by! Things continue to go very well and we are so truly blessed with our two beautiful, healthy kids. Briana is waking up around twice a night and is continuing to have more awake hours during the day. She cooed for the first time last week which was adorable! She has outgrown most of her newborn clothes and is starting to wear 0-3/3 months. They are a little big on her but won't be for long! Last Sunday we went and had Briana's 1 month pictures taken. She did great and was awake for most of them (Brody slept for most of his at this age). Trying to get a picture of Brody and Briana together was a challenge but we did get a cute one. This past weekend we went to Willamsburg to do some shopping at the outlet mall. We stopped for lunch on the way home and it was our first time going out to eat as a family of 4. Definitely different than just the three of us but it went well. We are getting ready to have a big garage sale which has kept me super busy (more than I am already!) It is bittersweet as we are getting rid of all of Brody's baby clothes since we are done having kids. My plan is to use some of the garage sale earnings towards Christmas gifts for the kids and we are hoping to get Brody a Power Wheels of some sort. Brody is really into playing "pretend" right now. He has been making us "food" in his kitchen and helping us eat it. We are trying to enjoy our last few weeks of nice weather outside. Brody will be sad once the cold weather hits and we can't go out as much but I think he is really going to love playing in the snow this year (even more than he did last year). Fall is definitely right around the corner as we are all wear sweatshirts today. On Thursday Tim and I will celebrate 4 years of marriage. What a great 4 years it has been! A house, a dog, two kids, life is good for all of us and we are very lucky to have all that we do! No big plans for celebrating but we hope to go to dinner on Thursday.
