We went to our 5 week check up at ORA today. They removed Brody's cast and did a new x-ray to check his progress. We were so happy to find out that his leg has fully healed! There is no sign of the fracture ever even being there. This is such a relief to us as parents. This has been the hardest thing we have had to go through with Brody so far in his short little life. He was so happy to get the cast removed, he was smiling and laughing during his whole appointment. We are looking forward to being able to give him normal baths now instead of sponge baths. Brody was already making the crawling motions just hours after he got his cast off so I am sure it is only a matter of time before he takes off!
